I provide therapy grounded in compassion, curiosity, and courage to help you live in accordance with your values.
About Me
I am a clinical psychologist based in the San Francisco Bay Area and providing teletherapy to individuals across California. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and behaviorism, and I integrate a variety of evidence-based treatments to help my clients grow. I have worked in mental health clinics, university counseling centers, and in the community treating anxiety, mood disorders, coping skills, and trauma. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and an ally of undocumented individuals, and I provide culturally informed therapy to adults of all ages.
Therapy is a collaboration between you and your therapist. I have expertise in evidence-supported treatments, but you are the expert on yourself. I can help you build insight, increase self-compassion, and change your behaviors in accordance with what is most important to you.

My Approach
Successful treatment is based on a trusting relationship. I approach my work with warmth, creativity, and transparency. My theoretical approach as a psychologist is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness. I use a variety of evidence-based treatments and work flexibly to co-create a treatment that fits your needs, strengths, values, and identity. Therapy occurs within the context of our individual backgrounds and sociocultural factors. I work to incorporate a social justice perspective into each stage of our work. We will follow these steps:
Discuss your goals and questions in order to agree upon a direction for treatment.
Incorporate evidence-based treatments to help you live a life based on your values.
Assess progress together to determine next steps.
